The apartment is on the 5th floor of a modern, luxury apartment building with 10 floors. Includes access to our rooftop terrace featuring large pool, gym, lounge area, bbq and kids' playground. It is located within walking distance of most of the places you would need while on vacation in Santo Domingo: banks, ATMs, parks, pharmacies, labs, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, shopping malls. Located 5 minutes from a private clinic, near the best plastic surgery clinics and doctors' offices. Free underground parking, 1 space, with hotel-style lobby.

First, go to the lobby reception and show I.D. to the personnel on duty. Then take the elevator to the 5th floor and complete self check in via the lock box. COVID 19: Face masks must be worn at all times in the common areas of the apartment building, but not in the pool or gym. ONLY the number of registered guests in the reservation will be allowed to enter the building/apartment and use the rooftop terrace, gym, and pool.

Parking is included in the rental, in the lower levels of the building. Guest will need to check-in first in order to gather the garage automated entry control. There is a parking spot in front of the building where guests can temporarily stop while they complete their check-in process.
