Important Information – Please Read Before Booking This is a cozy home, not a luxury resort. Power and water outages will happen in PR, and we do not provide generators. The solar water heater depends on sunlight, so temps may vary. The home is cleaned before each stay, but minor imperfections may exist (insects, etc). If you expect a resort experience or plan to escalate minor issues for a refund, this is not the right fit. (Sorry but some guest thought this was the Four Seasons Madrid!)
